The Confederat State America five dollar bill?

I have this bill,and it also sayswill pay to the bearer five dollars ,also dated February 17th 1864 signed by a register,also for treasurer his picture on right side,also picture of i beleive to be Mt Vernon upper center of bill,the letter D on the right corner and bottom left corner ,above picture it say Two yearsafter the ratification of a treaty of peace between the confederate states with united states, Can any tell me what i have and what it is worth thanks Larry
