Is Barney Frank a man immune to irony?

He apparently is immune. First from creating the mess--second from making it easy to understand. I seem to recall a senator saying that they themselves couldn't read the bills so they could understand them without a lawyer--even though the senator that said so was a lawyer and Congress is brimming with them. Time for everyone who likes that whole benefit of the doubt thing to wise up and quit being as complacent and stupid as the elitists accuse you of being.
