Accidental child ?

I was on 4chan /b/ and there was a picture that was really blurry but there was text that said it was hilarious and when i clicked on it it had said that i my IP address was reported as an attemp to look at child . I am 16 and a good person but this was a complete accident will the police track me down and if they do what will happen to me? please no rude comments i feel bad enough as it is. It woul help if you had some experiance in law. im scared
