Do you think President Obama will tax the rich ($250K plus) as he said he would in his campaign?

I Love our new Prez. He's perfect for the job at this time of Change on the planet. Taxing the rich is a necessity that is LONG over-due. It will quickly balance everything out. I'm very much a capitalist and fully plan to be rich-getting close. So this Q isn't about "us & them" or the Have's vs. the Have-Not's. Obama needs to force the wealthy to pay a fair share. Story: friend made 35K one yr and owed IRS more taxes than Darryl Hannah that year who made 1.5Mil, no exaggeration.
