I am doing Social Services now but want to an ociates at another school?

I am at community college now and I never knew what i wanted to do so i picked the social sciences curriculum. Well there is a Health Sciences college here where I can get my Occupational Therapy degree which is an ociates. The thing is there are prerequisites that I dont have to take with my current SS track so while im here at community college can i take my pre reques even though they have nothing to do with the social sciences curriculum?
