Is it illegal to be in the house while someone is injecting heroin/using cocaine?

For instance, say I went to my friend (a drug addict)'s house, and he shot up heroin and was smoking crack cocaine, and then the police were called for a noise disturbance and found him with the needle in his arm and crack pipe in his mouth.... Even though *I* wasn't using the drugs, could I be in any kind of legal trouble?
