Should the Health Cooperatives be limited only to Lower and Middle Middle Cl and Get Government Subsidy?

all a co-op is, is a government funded entity....IMO...the only way i'd be in favor of these is if the government plays by the same rules as a private company....anybody with a modi of economic sense knows insurance has to be "for profit" in order to work. so if the government wants to play with the big dogs, then they need to get off the porch. i would go along with initial funds, but after that, make a go of it yourself, can't make it...shut it down....no raiding the treasury !!!!!
