Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

ok for to 2 months I have been getting sick you know nauseated an every thing having a lot of pregnancy symptoms but have gotten negative tests but I want to ask my doctor to do a sonogram to see but I don't want to sound stupid an the last time I was at the doctors she thought I was pregnant to but the test came out negative an now I don't want to sound stupid but I am going to ask any way has anyone ever had negative tests an got a sonogram an found out you were pregnant. thank you for taking the time to answer this question an everyone have a nice day
