Would I be able to get a loan.?

I'm 16 years old. I found this really nice trailblazer for $6000. Would I be able to get a loan to get it.? I can use my moms truck for collateral. Its book valued at around $5200. I dont currently belong to any banks. but if i were to just sign up to one would they grant me it.? im totally lost.....
