What would be the best 7mm Mag Rifle for the money?

I have made my mind up to get a 7mm Mag, but now that I've made my mind up about which cal to get I can't make up my mind about which rifle to get in it!!! I'm so frustrated thinking about it! Which would be the best rifle for the best money worth. I have about $850 to spend. I already got a scope for it, a VX1 4-12*40.... I prefer a rifle with a boss on it since it is a high caliber because I'm recoil sensitive just a bit and I'm not scared of caring a heavy bull barrel around since I've had one before and the extra weight never bothered me. SO PLEASE HELP !!!! I'd greatly appreciate it!!!!
